Frequently Asked Storage Unit Questions

What are your hours of operation?

Gate: Open daily from 6 am to 9 pm. Please see our Contact Us section for more information.
Office: Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Should I make a reservation?

Unit availability changes on a daily basis. To guarantee that the unit you want is available when you need it, we recommend calling to reserve a unit. We require a $35.00 refundable deposit to reserve a unit.

Security:

Our facility has key pad access from entry and exit. We have digital security cameras thru out the facility and the ground are well lighted at dark.


Do I need insurance?

It is the responsibility of the tenant to provide their own insurance. Check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered. If not, you may apply for insurance ... Read More

Unit rates are on a per-month basis.

 
One month minimum payment is required at move in. Rent is prorated based on date of month of move in.

 
Customer may provide their own lock to secure storage unit or purchase a high quality disk lock for $15.
